Vince Marchbanks is a Project Designer in the Perkins&Will Los Angeles studio and has 10 years of experience in construction admin. He was introduced to design by his grandfather who built large timber frame homes in Sonoma County. Every holiday season would be spent with family at his Papa Dennis’ house in Forestville which he designed and built himself. Most of Vince’s fondest memories coming up were made in that wood house his grandfather built, and that is what inspired him to create great spaces for other people. The architecture program at the University of Southern California brought him to Los Angeles where he fell in love with three things: his beautiful wife, a career focused on the design and construction of impactful projects, and dodgeball. Outside of work, Vince is currently a member of the US Dodgeball team. The same passion for teamwork and winning he has on the court is what he brings to the project team every day.

Vince is a valued asset to the team and brings a diverse skillset to each project. As a Black artist, he will bring an understanding of the culture and importance of community. And as someone with 10 years of experience in construction admin, he brings attention to detail and an eye for execution.
