Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration and receive a refund, minus a $50 handling fee, if the National Trust receives your request within 30 days of purchase and by August 15, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations requested more than 30 days past the purchase date. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested after August 15, 2025, even if bought less than 30 days prior.

To request a cancellation, you must email us your request in writing. All approved registration refunds will be processed by December 1, 2025.

No-shows are not refunded for any reason. The National Trust does not give credit toward future conferences or National Trust products. The National Trust reserves the right to refuse service.
