Born and raised in Brooklyn, Bobby Tanzilo has been a Milwaukeean for more than 40 years. Senior editor and writer at OnMilwaukee, Bobby writes mostly about history and architecture (and beer) and his Urban Spelunking series was for a number of years the catalyst for what was the most popular podcast on 88Nine Radio Milwaukee. He has written eight books, most of which are about Milwaukee history (the others are about emigration from Italy's Piemonte region).
