Speaker Bio
Anjali Kaul Zutshi is executive director of the Friends of the Texas Historical Commission and the chief development officer of the THC. An architect and community planner by training, she has 30 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, building sustainability through strategic management, and working with funders and donors on building partnerships for effective mission support and delivery. During this time, she has worked with land conservation organizations, as well as children, youth, and aging services focused non-profits, before joining the THC team in 2016. Anjali is a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE), and also holds Certificates in Fundraising Management (CFRM) and Nonprofit Executive Leadership (CNEL) from the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She is a graduate of Leadership Austin, and is a committed community volunteer, with service on several nonprofit boards, advisory councils, and committees at the national, state and local levels.
