Nina Peppers is the Senior Manager for Historic Preservation at the Student Conservation Association (SCA), a national leader in youth conservation service. Nina began her career in 2018 with the SCA’s Massachusetts Historic Preservation Corps, where she developed a deep passion for hands-on preservation work. Since then, she has dedicated herself to the field of historic preservation trades, combining technical expertise with a strong commitment to education and mentorship. In her current role, Nina oversees preservation initiatives that engage young people in meaningful, skill-building experiences. She is especially passionate about creating inclusive pathways for emerging professionals to discover their potential, gain confidence with tools, and contribute to the preservation of our shared cultural heritage.
