Experience the six Frank Lloyd Wright-designed American System-Built Homes in Milwaukee, collectively known as The Burnham Block (1916), Wright’s most ambitious effort to create affordable and beautiful homes for everyone. Explore three of the homes, each showcasing a facet of the nonprofit’s mission to preserve, educate, and inspire. Visit an active restoration in progress, learn about innovative educational approaches from fourth grade to adult learners, and see how the group involves architecture and preservation students in the research and documentation of the site.
