Celia is a Registered Architect in the State of Alabama and serves as a Project Architect at Williams Blackstock Architects, focusing on community and corporate office design. She attended Samford University to get her Bachelor in Interior Design and received her Master of Architecture from Clemson University. She has been responsible for several notable projects in the greater Birmingham region that have positively impacted communities and are changing the fabric of downtown Birmingham.
