Marguerite Roberts is the Historic Preservation Building Inspector Supervisor for the Vieux Carre Commission with the City of New Orleans.
Guided by the VCC Design Guidelines mandated by the Louisiana State Constitution and City Charter/City Code, she plays a vital role in protecting the architectural character of New Orleans' oldest neighborhood.
Marguerite has a Masters in Preservation Studies from the Tulane University School of Architecture. In 2016, Marguerite interned with the New Orleans' Historic District Landmarks Commission, where she conducted an extensive survey and study of the Warehouse District's built environment as part of her practicum. Her exceptional work earned her an award from the Tulane School of Architecture.
