Stella "Baty" Landis has worked at the intersection of arts and community for 25 years, with a focus on fostering spaces of belonging and understanding. She joined the Longue Vue team as executive director in 2019. Her prior work includes nine years as executive director of YAYA, Inc. as well as consulting work for the New Orleans Opera and Baton Rouge Symphony. She holds a BA in Music from the University of California at Berkeley and a Masters and Ph.D. in Musicology from Princeton University.
