Paula Peer applies her 34 years of practice to many of the firm’s adaptive re-use, renovation, and new construction projects. As an advocate for women in the industry, Paula co-founded the Women in Architecture Committee (WIA), establishing a network of professional support and mentorship to New Orleans area professionals. She is also the co-chair for the Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI program) for Louisiana Urban Land Institute (ULI). Her advocacy efforts have informed how she leads her firm, resulting in TPA’s recognition with the 2024 New Orleans City Business Empowering Women Award.
