In over 20 years in real estate, Corey has worked as a program administrator, consultant and developer. In his current role with Grow America, Corey works with governments and non-profit organizations to figure out the financing on challenging priority projects. He is also a prolific trainer of all of Grow America's well regarded Economic Development, Housing Development and Supporting Empowered Emerging Developer real estate courses. Corey helped develop the Historic Real Estate Development Finance Professional certification program jointly sponsored by National Trust for Historic Preservation, Main Street America, and Grow America. He has also spoke at statewide preservation organizations such as Arkansas, West Virginia, and Ohio.
