Corey Leon joined Grow America (formerly National Development Council) in 2011 as a Field Director. As Field Director, he works with local communities to help them achieve a wide variety of community development finance goals that include commercial/industrial real estate development, rental and for-sale housing and small business credit analysis and financing. Corey is a prolific Grow America course instructor, conference speaker and curriculum advisor. Prior to joining Grow America, he was the Principal of the Development Incentive & Consulting, LLC and a developer. Corey has over 20 years of community and economic development experience.
