Molly Baker serves as HOPE Crew Manager in the Preservation Services and Outreach department at the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Guided by a desire to make historic preservation accessible to all, her focus is growing interest in the building preservation trades by engaging younger, more diverse audiences in hands-on preservation opportunities. She is expanding the program to engage architecture students on campus stewardship, community engagement, and documentation techniques. Molly holds an A.S. in historic building preservation/restoration from Belmont College, and a B.A. in history from Northwestern State University. She is currently enrolled in a preservation master's certificate program at the University of Kentucky.
